    Sorry it has taken so long to reply, only received these today, post has been dreadful. The amended prescription has worked perfectly, thanks you very much for your attention. I know now that I can order more with complete confidence now.

    Well chuffed, fit perfectly, tbh they're the best fitting glasses I've had, they seem as well made (obviously time will tell) as my other glasses, which cost more than twice the price.

    Prescription glasses

    I am happy with the glasses. Ordering wasn’t clear as it stated you could order them then upload your prescription. I ordered the glasses late evening and clicked I would upload the prescription, I uploaded the prescription within the hour. Two weeks later my glasses arrived, With normal lenses, the prescription hadn’t been added. I rang the company and was told my order was processed without the prescription and as a good will, as it was my first order they would send me new glasses out as long as I covered the postage. I wasn’t happy that through no fault of my own I had to cover postage again. I agreed only because the frames were still a good price with paying addition postage and due to look down unable to go to opticians. I would highly recommend uploading your prescription at the same time as ordering.
