Just a note to let you know that we have just now picked up the glasses at our post office. We ordered them November 11th and with a one week delay on the frame, we still had them in our hands by December 8th. Not bad considering the distance! They look wonderful, we are very pleased! And, for those who may not know, it is possible to claim glasses shipped from out-of-country to your home in Canada under your supplemental insurance plan--check with your carrier. Received those spectacles yesterday in excellent condition, directly delivered to my doorstep by Canada Post; had some minor adjustments done by my local optician (free), fit very well now. Spectacles were received in good condition and quality. Due to the Christmas/ New Year time delivery took about three weeks to Canada, but this is probably approximately 10 working days. However, I am very satisfied with my second order within two years.

I just wanted to let you know that I received my glasses today and they are perfect. I was bit worried when I decided to place my order because I have never ordered glasses on line before. I was also worried because I live in Canada and I was ordering glasses in the UK. But I was pleasently surpirised when I received them today. They are better then I hoped. I was also pleasently surprised on how quickly I received the glasses. I will defiantly order glasses from you again and I will definatly tell my family and friends about the great service, great product, and the pricing is hard to beat!
